Project Manager

We're passionate about digital. The way we see it, digital should not be just a footnote or afterthought on a business or marketing plan it requires a strategic perspective and long-term planning. We expect you'll feel the same way.

This is a client facing role that will have you delivering digital projects from brief through strategy, planning, IA, to testing and deployment - and documenting as you go. We're looking for someone who can build a relationship with clients and team members alike, whilst delivering projects on time and within budget. You may possibly be considered anally retentive, yet can make others laugh at the same time.

August has big plans for growth, and we're looking for the right person to take charge of a number of large and complex projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project management of a wide range of digital projects (from strategy right through to completion) on time and within budget
  • Preparation of well-written briefs, specs, timelines and various other project management documents
  • Long-term digital strategy development and planning
  • Day-to-day liaison with clients and internal teams, across a number of projects
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for August

  • Demonstrable project management skills, with a proven track record in digital
  • A penchant for documentation (specs, briefs, budgets and timelines are your thing!)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for digital, along with a keen interest in emerging technologies opinions are very welcome
  • A high-level of professionalism
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong team ethic
  • High-level organisational skills, but flexible
  • Importantly, keen to be challenged
