Ok, so we're not in it for the glory, but we secretly love it when our work gets noticed in the right places.

In recent months Smashing Magazine, the international authority on web design has twice featured August in their highly coveted web galleries. Gee, thanks guys! Our very own www.august.com.au has been applauded for its use of a semi-transparent menu in drop down menus, and also as a 'best practice' example in web background design. Yep, we're rubbing shoulders with some heavy-hitters including Sony and Obama's White House. Thanks Smashing. Love your work and love that you love ours!
