August joins AIMIA Victoria Committee

August co-founder Zoe Warne has been elected to the Victorian Committee for the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA)
The 2011 committee includes Tim O'Neill (Reactive Media), Nick MacPherson (Viocorp International), Zoe Warne (August), Daniel Oxnam, Matt Houltham (Zenith Optimedia), Michael Parry (ACMI), Debra Allanson (Studio Ish), Sally Bateman (Penguin Group), Marianne Francey, Marilyn Awad (Holding Redlich), Bradley Birchall, Brad Giblin (Film Victoria) and Robert Wong (CC Media).
Founded in 1992, AIMIA is the peak body for the Australian digital industry and aims to help members grow their businesses, develop new markets in Australia and internationally, as well as providing them with representation within Government, Media and Education. The 13 member Victorian Committee meets once a month and works towards progressing developments in the Victorian digital media industry.
We can't wait to see what 2011 has in store for AIMIA members (no pressure, Zoe) ;)
