Let's not mince words - we love August people.

Everyday, our people are entrusted with every element of August's operations and we are proud of the results they achieve.

August people (known internally as "Augustines") come from a range of disciplines and backgrounds, including marketing and advertising, software and systems development, graphic, multimedia and interactive design specialties, management consulting, publicity and even logistics management.

Zoë Warne

Director, Creative Services

Experience: Emerging from a background in graphic design and multimedia as one of the first ever graduates of Swinburne University's Bachelor of Multimedia (Media Studies), Zoë extended her repertoire to marketing and communications and has managed projects for a variety of clients, both SME's and household name blue-chips. Zoë heads up August's Creative Services team and is a valued contributor to 'big picture' strategy and planning sessions, with the dexterity to provide 'hands-on' support and assistance in project implementation and delivery.

In recent times Zoë has been profiled by BRW and has had articles published in AdNews and Publish Magazine, she is also a regular co-host on ABC 774 radio’s Conversation Hour.

Daniel Banik

Director, Marketing Services

Experience: Bringing a wealth of analytical and marketing experience, Daniel heads up the Marketing Services team. With a background in marketing and operations, Daniel offers solutions that exploit the full potential of new and emerging technologies. His expertise extends to his appointment as the Victorian Vice-President of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association (AIMIA); the peak national industry-body representing the interactive media and digital content sectors in Australia.

Matt Agar

Manager, Technical Services

Experience: Matt is the Technical Services Manager at August. He is the chief architect of our network and application-development infrastructure, as well as taking a lead role in designing, developing and managing sophisticated web-based solutions for our clients.

Prior to joining August in 2005, Matt honed his development skills working on large scale web-based projects with leading UK online agency Technophobia (A 2006 NMA Magazine 'Top 100' New Media Agency).He graduated with a Bachelor of Multimedia (Software Development) from Swinburne University, Melbourne.
